Villa Bella Poppy I & II are available for guests 365 days a year (subject to availability).

Each villa must be booked separately so please check dates for each below before making your booking.

N.B. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies during Peak Season (December 23–January 5th)

Check in after 2pm and check out by 11am.

Late check-out can be arranged based on availability. Please notify us at time of booking (additional fees may apply).

Villa availability is shown below, and pricing is subject to seasonal rate changes.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Normal Pricing (6 Jan – 22 Dec):

AUD $300 / night

Peak Season (23 Dec – 5 Jan):

AUD $400 / night

Rate does not cover meals (extra cost, upon request) or other special requests.

Payment is required via direct deposit to confirm your booking.
